• Resident Manager – Manages all aspects of a multi-million dollar real estate asset
  
• Maintenance Supervisor – Supervises and directs all maintenance operations in order to provide timely and quality service to our residents.
  
• Assistant Manager – Assists the Resident Manager in all management areas, including administrative, leasing, quality control, bookkeeping and staff supervision.
  
• Bookkeeping – Accounts receivable and payable, managing resident rental accounts and basic level accounting utilizing computer software programs designed for property management.
  
• Leasing Consultant – Handles leasing, resident file organization and preparation, computer word-processing, general office and clerical duties.
  
• Maintenance Technician – General property maintenance. Useful knowledge would include plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting and drywall. On the job training is available.
